Kids Dance the Darndest Dances [Video]
As an ESL teacher for the past couple of years, there is no doubt in my mind that for me the best ages to teach are either elementary school students or advanced college/adult students. It’s just my preference. For Tiffany, my wife, kindergarten is the perfect age. Due to a shortage of teachers this term, however, I have been assigned to teach a couple kindergarten classes along with my usual elementary and adult classes.
It’s not terribly hard, mainly because I’m copying everything Tiff is doing, and for the most part it has actually been quite entertaining for me. One day I walked into class a few minutes early to find music ringing and all the students dancing. One student stood out in particular to me, a student who I am told has been taught to dance. Next class I brought my camera so that you, too, could enjoy the sight of my kindergarten student rocking his head and his hips in gyrating circles. I just can’t help but laugh.
