Well hello to everyone – sorry it’s been a while since our last update. We’ve been busy finishing up our final exams as well as preparing for our big trip to Beijing that starts in about…well, in about 2 hours! We are highly anticipating this time that we’ll be spending running around the bigger parts of China with my parents. We’ve visited most of these places once or twice already, but we’ve been doing a lot of research before leaving this trip and hope to make good tour guides. We can’t wait to show you many of our pictures when we return.

Since it’s been a while I’ll do a quick run-down of what’s been happening the past 2-3 weeks.

- We both finished our final exams and said goodbye to our kids for the semester
- We met with our boss to see if he would be willing to pay for us to stay a 3rd year!
- We bought a treadmill. Yes, we did. We’re still in shock a bit.
- We bought a new cell phone – one with nationwide coverage so that we have emergency access when we’re traveling.

So that about sums it up. Our bags are packed and set by the door. We hope you all have a wonderful February, a great Valentines Day, and remember on February 7th at 10-11am your time (CST) we’ll be celebrating the Chinese New Year. Happy New Year (round 2)!
